In light of the heightened level of concern related to the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) H&R Block want to provide an update on the actions they are taking to safeguard the health and well-being of their clients, their associates and their families.

H&R Block’s 1,100 offices across Canada are continuing to serve customers as usual.

For your safety, H&R Block has increased the frequency of cleaning across their offices and are educating their tax professionals and office staff on best practices recommended by public health authorities. They’re monitoring the situation daily and will continue to take guidance from public health authorities.

H&R Block has multiple filing options to help you file your tax returns this year.

Drop-Off Only: Taxes can only be dropped off at offices as of Friday, March 20, 2020 until further notice.

1) Easy Drop-Off:

You can fill out the necessary forms from home and simply drop-off your tax documents at any office. One of the H&R Block Tax Experts will follow up with a telephone interview.

In addition, if you’re more comfortable, you can mail or courier your documents to their office.

2) Online Tax Expert:

File your taxes from your home virtually with a Tax Expert. Simply upload your documents from wherever you are and one of the H&R Block Online Tax Experts will prepare and file your return.
